EVENT COORDINATOR CALL
During this call, we will ask you a few additional questions and collect some basic details to understand the scope of your event and discuss availability.

TOUR THE VILLA
We will wander through the mansion and the grounds offering insights into how the space would work best for your event. We will discuss what is included with the rental, add-on options, parking availability, and review our preferred vendor list.

SECURE THE DATE
Once you have toured the Villa, we can place a complimentary 7-day hold of your desired date while we work with you to plan out the details of your event and provide you with a line-item proposal. Alternatively, you may be able to place a non-refundable deposit of $500 to hold the date for 30 days, allowing you more time to work out the details of your event.

REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE
Review your event proposal and contact us with any questions you may have or changes you would like to make. To move forward, simply sign the proposal and make the initial down payment.
