The on-site event staff will work directly with you to make sure your vision is executed flawlessly the
day/night of your event. They are responsible for all things venue related (set up of tables, chairs, bars, food stations, etc.). An Event Coordinator will be present during your event to make sure everything is running
smoothly, and you enjoy your time!
From the day of the week for your event to the number of guests, the price of your venue rental can vary. Inquire on our Reservation Info page to find out the process of getting a pricing quote and to secure your
date.
We would be happy to consider vendors you are interested in utilizing for your event. We can also provide you with a list of our highly recommended professionals for each service you may be interested in.
Capacity is based on the usage of the grounds and the setup for your event.
Yes, we have a full liquor license. This allows us to serve beer, wine, mixed drinks, and liquor.
Because of our liquor license, by law, we do not permit outside alcohol onto the premises.
Complementary high-speed access is available for all devices on the day of your event, at no extra charge.
Outside music by 10 pm, as we are in the city limits. Indoor music when your event ends.
We are in the Mitchell City limits, just west of Lake Mitchell.
We have numerous parking options – on-location, valet, and multi-passenger shuttling.

As private property, we do have restrictions on photographic use so that we can safeguard both the private nature of the property itself and various aspects of the Villa and grounds. Please Contact our team to inquire about your photography request.
